Registration for PaPE2023 is now closed. It is no longer possible to register for the conference, because we are fully booked.
For those of you that registered but cannot make it, it is possible to get a refund of the registration fee until Friday 12 May. After that, we can no longer reimburse you.
On this page, you’ll find all information necessary to register for the conference, including costs for regular guests and for students, deadlines (please note the changing rates!) and the registration forms.
Registration costs PaPE 2023 Regular Student
Early (until 16 April) 190 € 160 €
Normal (17 April - 14 May) 240 € 210 €
Late (15 May - 22 May) 270 € 240 €
-The conference dinner, which is optional, will be held on Saturday 3 June at restaurant De Waagh (Grote Markt 26, 6511 KB Nijmegen). The cost is €50 for a three-course dinner and drinks.
-If you want to attend the ‘Metaphony’ workshop, you must add that option to your registration; this can be done in the form. The registration fee for the workshop is €15.

It is also possible to only register for the workshop Metaphony on Thursday 1 June. Please note that if you choose this option, you can only participate in the workshop and will not be able to attend the PaPE conference. Costs are 15€.
